Simon & Rose married on the farm at Kidd Gully on a overcast day in March. Rose and her bridesmaids/bestman were so relaxed on the morning of the wedding, while Simon and his crew were busy running around, picking up chairs that were being blown over and moving the ceremony location slightly into an area out of the wind. Down in Cromwell we were a little oblivious to the wind as it was not blowing at all where we were. By the time we arrived at the ceremony the wind had calmed and the boys had everything sorted. It was a fantastic spot overlooking beautiful scenery.
The photo’s were all done around the farm. Time disappeared quickly, and then we headed back to the amazing reception area that they had created under the stars.
The reception area looked amazing. They had spent so much time creating this amazing setting for friends and family, and they were so lucky with the weather. Rose had made not one but three beautiful wedding cakes (they all looked amazing). They arrived to the reception by jet boats to the guest’s surprise.
Thank you so much Rose & Simon for sharing your day with me. I so enjoyed my time you all, and wish you all much happiness in your future together xx
